SBA offers low interest disaster loans to homeowners, renters, private nonprofit organizations, and businesses to repair or replace damaged property and recover from financial losses. It is free to apply; payments are not required for a year after receiving the loan, and during that year, the interest does not accrue. SBA has a Disaster Loan Outreach Center open in San Antonio to answer questions and help with completing applications.
