SAWS continues its commit to our residents. Those who have not been able to make a SAWS payment do not need to fear immediate disconnection of their water services. SAWS will work with each customer who is impacted financially by COVID 19 on a long term payment play and/or to see if they qualify for one of our UPLIFT assistance programs. Customers should note that account balances will continue to accrue, and payments can still be made online at myaccount.saws.org or by phone at 210-704-SAWS. If customers are in need of payment assistance, information regarding the various Uplift programs can be found at uplift.saws.org or by calling 210-233-CARE (2273).
